In celebration of its 25th Anniversary, Ballet Jorgen presents Artistic Director Bengt Jorgen's brand-new imagining of the world-famous ballet, with a uniquely Canadian twist. Moving the action from the fairytale castles of Europe to Nova Scotia's own Fortress of Louisbourg. Enchanting, thrilling, and completely unforgettable, join the company for this very special premiere as it takes to the road in spring 2027.

Ballet Jorgen du Canada once again presents their very Canadian version of The Nutcracker. Choreographed by Bengt Jorgen to Tchaikovsky's timeless music, The Nutcracker: A Canadian Tradition is a visual feast featuring over 100 costumes and backdrops composed of well-known 20th-century artworks. Among the usual cavalcade of mice and tin soldiers, expect to see a few Mounties and lumberjacks.
