Prepare to go back in time to the hedonistic days of the legendary rock and roll diva Janis Joplin with this incredible concert experience. Starring Kacee Clanton as Janis herself, replete with charisma, velvet fringing and summer of love flower crowns, in an electrically charged performance as A Night With takes us on a wild journey through the life and influences of the original rock mama!
The show takes the form of a Joplin concert at the peak of her fame, transporting the audience back in time with an authentic stage design of retro proportions. Throughout the course of the evening, Joplin punctuates her rousing performances of classics like 'Mercedes Benz' and 'Piece of My Heart' with biographical asides, introducing her influences. These inspiring females include the members of The Chantels and Aretha Franklin, and each gets a chance to wow the crowd with their own powerful performance.
